Wondercon 2009

by Tara

Wondercon has come and gone. It was great seeing some familiar booths and faces. Rotofugi from Chicago was there. They specialize in Designer Toys, Japanese/Kaiju Toys, Art etc... Great store and people. Wondercon has once again expanded into a bigger space. They had movie studios out promoting upcoming movies. This year they had games you could play to win prizes. The atmosphere is more calmer than SDCC since it's not too big or too crowded. Wondercon never disappoints. I've been going to Wondercon before Comic Con International took over and when Wondercon was mainly comic books and cards. This show is still growing and I look forward to attending this show every year.
